Introducing Chicago RAW Food’s New Takeaway Program

RAW was started by two savvy foodies at a small farmers market in New Buffalo, MI — Founders Carole Jones Polly Gaza, have joined creative forces set out to raise awareness about the wonderful health benefits of incorporating raw foods into your diet!

RAW guarantees fresh items on the new Takeaway program will keep for a minimum of 5 days and provides a detailed list of ingredients on their web site. Place your order each week by Monday before 7:30 pm and Pick-Up the next afternoon. The Introductory price of $130 includes a selection of 5 Breakfast and Snack Items, 6 Entrees, 2 Salads, 6 Savories/Spreads and 2 Desserts.

RAW has dehydrated items, the Signature Granola and the Signature Green juice with collard greens, parsley, celery, lemon and ginger, which supports a detox or juice cleanse and made fresh or made in advance in multiple quantities. Juices are served in glass bottles and customers are encouraged to stay ‘green,’ return the bottle for a discount on their next bottled beverage purchase (Signature Green Juice or Velvety Almond Milk). The Tiramisu is incredible, the entrees include everything from lasagna to egg salad made from coconut meat. The carrot and cranberry muffins are best-sellers!

RAW has an online store of products that support a RAW lifestyle, digestive enzymes, herbs, probiotics, oils, Excalibur dehydrators, VitMix blenders, Green Star juicers, Spiralizer vegetable slicers, raw food literature and more. RAW is also in the refrigerated section of WholeFoods, with selections such as pizza, raviolis, collard salad, hummus and tiramisu.

RAW has special events, guest speakers, raw food prep classes, and samplings of products from companies like Healthforce Nutritionals and Sunwarrior.
