Book of Yum: Announcing a Gluten free Vegetarian/Vegan Thanksgiving Event!
I have exciting news! I’ve always wanted to be on top of things enough to actually help people plan their gluten free Thanksgiving dinners, but all too often I’m so busy preparing for the holidays that my annual Thanksgiving post will only help those who are dreadful procrastinators like myself. Well, NO MORE! This year I’m hosting a special Gluten free Vegetarian Recipe Event where some of the best gluten free bloggers share their recipes for a delicious gluten free, Vegan or Vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner. Every day starting on Monday the 14th I will post reporting on the recipe of the day as well as sharing one of my classic Thanksgiving recipes with you. Hopefully all of these Thanksgiving recipes will help take the scariness out of preparing a gluten free vegetarian dish for those new to the gluten free diet, and inspire those looking for new vegetarian entrees, sides, and desserts for their gluten free menu.
Because I got started a tad bit late organizing this fiesta, there are a few spaces left in the lineup. SO, if you have a gluten free blog and would like to contribute by posting a Vegetarian Thanksgiving recipe on your blog between 11/15-11/23, comment here with your email address and I’ll send you an official invitation. Space is limited, so don’t wait to join in!
Starting tomorrow you can look forward to a daily post at the Book of Yum introducing TWO recipes (one new creation and one classic Book of Yum dish) that would be perfect for your Thanksgiving Gluten free Vegetarian meal. Contributors include Kalinda of Wheat-free Meat-free, Alisa of Go Dairy Free, Bernice of Wheatless and Meatless and more!
